Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the technology sector
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in contract management
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual principles
  • Strong experience managing the contract process closely within the contract management database
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to determine contractual terms and conditions
  • Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for recurring agreements to streamline processes
  • Provide strategic counsel and support to internal customers for contract-related concerns
  • Conduct risk assessments and negotiate contract terms to protect NVIDIA's interests strictly
  • Ensure NVIDIA can implement requirements outlined in agreements, either by working directly with individuals or through a taskforce you establish and manage
