Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract management
Fully written and spoken fluency in French (Bilingual – French and English)
English fluency required due to regular interactions with stakeholders across Canada, US, and global footprint

Responsibilities

Lead/support contract management teams across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities; account strategy, objectives and opportunities
Work with contract management staff across multiple projects and accounts providing input into performance management activities
Review agreements including providing inputs to the commercial and legal sections, identify statements that could create unnecessary risks, draft contractual clauses and commercial levers to protect Accenture interests
Support or lead negotiations with the client for agreements at various stages and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive inputs and required approvals prior to agreement
Support the identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with CM and project leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties
Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders of the client account(s) assigned
Operate autonomously with basic guidance
Engage in pre-award sales activities, engage in discussions with delivery teams and other stakeholders regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support and reviewing proposals
