Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably in a consultancy or Deal Desk/sales ops role
  • Understanding of standard contract administration processes and ability to interpret legal contracts
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
  • Well organized, structured, and methodological in approach
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with senior management
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Sanctions screening and completion of associated questionnaires as required
  • Supporting the maintenance of ION standard contract administration processes and responding to ad hoc analysis requests & contract queries
  • Reviewing customer contracts and validating data on the in-house system of record
  • Identifying and facilitating the resolution of queries arising from contract reviews with relevant business teams
  • Assisting with ongoing initiatives to improve contract data quality and compliance checks
  • Consulting with stakeholders during project planning and execution phases, creating and delivering training, facilitating query resolution, and progress tracking
