Position Overview

Nielsen Consumer LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Contract Management Team in support of NIQ clients. This role is a critical, high-visibility position essential for revenue recognition, operating within a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performing team. The Contract Administrator will act as a point of contact for contract-related matters, working closely with the Contract Management Team, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Legal departments. The primary focus will be on managing the review, validation, signature, execution, archiving, and distribution of all licensing agreements for NIQ customers.

Responsibilities

Signature Process:

• Review and compare documentation from all markets, ensuring proper approval flow and resolving discrepancies.
• Facilitate contract signature(s) and countersignatures using various tools.
• Log, verify, and deliver agreements, along with supporting documentation, for signature/countersignature.
• Create PDF versions of executed agreements.
• Record entries into appropriate databases and file agreements in contract repositories.
• Maintain NIQ DocuSign licensing access.
• Perform document comparisons as requested.
• Provide copies of contracts to Sales and Legal upon request.
• Locate and provide all legal documents required for auditor requests.
• Effectively manage and prioritize assigned workload.
• Exercise judgment in handling exceptions to standard procedures.
• Escalate issues to management for resolution as needed.
• Oversee the contract termination process, verifying request validity, providing necessary forms to Sales for execution, and distributing documentation to appropriate departments.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Share contract renewal reports with stakeholders for governance purposes when required.

Self-Service Templates:

• Assist Commercial teams in understanding and utilizing contract templates.
• Coordinate SharePoint Sites and contract templates in partnership with management.
• Cross-train across all regions and provide backfill support as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of prior business or Legal clerical experience in a corporate setting.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms) and Adobe proficiency required.
• Demonstrated basic math skills.
• Superior organizational skills; detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork disposition.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal intervention.
• Excellent influencing skills to effectively uphold established practices and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with new challenges and changing work priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, and/or Conga is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience) in a related field is preferred but not required.
