Contingent Workforce Program Specialist

Position Overview

Twilio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support its global contingent workforce program. This role involves managing and streamlining end-to-end processes for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management of non-employees (contingent workforce). The Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for global inquiries and collaborate with various internal teams (HR, Procurement, IT) and third-party vendors to drive process improvements and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Beeline vendor management system (VMS), Workday, and ServiceNow for transactions and operational support.
  • Manage the full lifecycle process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources.
  • Ensure data integrity within Beeline VMS and Workday through regular audits and accurate record maintenance.
  • Document, update, and communicate contingent workforce processes to users and cross-functional partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on contingent workforce policies and processes, providing guidance to managers and external partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to cross-functional team members on system usage and program procedures.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives for the contingent workforce program.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of HR experience with a proven track record of direct support to customers or employees.
  • Proficiency in HR or ticketing systems (e.g., Beeline VMS, Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a desire for continual process improvement.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Vendor Management Systems.
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Knowledge of employment classifications and risks.

Location

  • Remote: Based in Colombia.

Travel
