Responsibilities

Reporting into the Manager of Content Operations, support Content Operations as part of a close-knit global team, while working with many teams in a matrixed organization across all operational aspects of content acquisition and implementation
Receive deal terms from the Content Acquisition team and coordinate the contracting process for all games on PlayStation Plus, working closely with Legal, Account Management, and Accounting, among others
Raise POs, confirm payment terms, and escalate issues accordingly
Coordinate the operational setup and removal of games on PS Plus under pressing deadlines – working primarily with Ops, Product, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Customer Service teams
Cultivate a deep understanding of platform logic and proactively research game info and disposition in PlayStation’s back-end publishing system – cross-referencing data from multiple sources – to ensure compatibility with the service, confirm publishing and testing status, make recommendations for alterations, and follow-up on implementation
Track, manage, and amortize content deals to ensure all operational trackers are always up to date and accurate
Advocate relentlessly for a consistent, intuitive user experience
