- Strong UX and SEO instincts — and know how to blend them for impact
- Ability to use AI and automation as a force multiplier to create and manage better content, faster
- Can produce well-researched, original, optimized content within clear quality standards (Bonus: work samples, especially in iGaming)
- Work well independently with clear goals and deadlines

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to content strategy and production: define priorities, produce high-impact pieces, and create formats that align with business goals, brand strategy, and user needs
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO-informed content calendars, ensuring delivery in sync with Product, Data, and Outreach teams
- Use AI tools effectively to research, create, and scale high-quality content without compromising user experience
- Apply UX/UI principles to ensure clarity, usefulness, and engagement across all content types
- Monitor performance and usability, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive actionable change
- Analyze competitors to stay ahead in key markets
- Support digital PR and outreach efforts, bringing local insights and SEO expertise into strategic planning
- Stay updated on market trends in Argentina and Chile to ensure relevance and competitiveness
