Requirements

Candidates must be a native Spanish speaker with professional-level competency in English, and possess the ability to study independently and apply concepts learned to real-world scenarios, demonstrated through successful completion of online college courses or similar exercises. Applicants must reside in the United States and one of the specified states, and be available to work a semi-flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, including weekend hours.

Responsibilities

The Content Moderator will expeditiously read, analyze, and apply codes to large quantities of user-generated content in both English and Spanish, including customer product reviews, questions, and comments. They will also encounter and assess disturbing or illegal content, such as depictions of violence or serious crime, and study independently to complete a blended training curriculum consisting of online modules and exams, attend virtual coaching calls, and complete live, hands-on moderation hours. Additionally, the Content Moderator will commit to a flexible schedule, handle content in their native language and English, and be willing to flex up to 29 hours per week based on content volume.
