  • Collaboration skills with content creators, hosts, talent, design team, marketing team, and product team
  • Knowledge of marketing and content calendars

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Content and Marketing teams to execute launch plans for upcoming releases on and off platform
  • Evolve and execute ongoing marketing strategy for The Nightly (adult) and Lulu’s Late Night (kid), focusing on brand awareness, IP development, and discoverability
  • Test and learn nontraditional marketing touchpoints (Reddit, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, Discord) to connect authentically with audiences
  • Build strategy and collaborate with The Nightly hosts and Hatch Talent on social posts, asset creation/delivery/publishing, PR opportunities, and community engagement
  • Write blog posts about Hatch content and IP
  • Work with Design team to produce on-budget, on-brand assets (podcast art, YouTube thumbnails, social graphics) optimized for platforms
  • Execute and evolve video strategy for off-platform content to drive awareness for new launches and timely moments via The Nightly
  • Build, upload, and publish TikTok and YouTube videos, ensuring technical/creative standards and optimized metadata (titles, descriptions)
  • Manage marketing and content calendars, flag needed assets, and ensure their production
  • Strategize growth and exposure for @hatchpodcasts handle
  • Update content page on hatch.co with latest content (alarms, unwinds)
  • Advocate with product team to make alarms sharable (bonus)
