  • Develop and own Zip Security's content style guide: define tone, formatting, structure, and voice to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Design and optimize content workflows: streamline the process from ideation and creation through editing, publishing, and measurement
  • Manage AI and SEO vendor relationships: partner with AI writing platforms, SEO firms, and freelancers to scale content output without sacrificing quality
  • Build and manage content systems: evaluate and implement tools like AirOps or Writer to automate briefs, track production, and manage approvals
  • Collaborate across teams: work with growth and product marketing to align content with messaging, campaigns, and customer needs
  • Measure and optimize performance: track reach, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact, then refine what's working
  • Support go-to-market campaigns: create and distribute content for email, paid channels, organic search, events, and webinars
