Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company in the GTM space (strong startup generalists with a strong spike in content also apply)
  • Knowledge and passion for keeping up with the ever-changing GTM landscape, always staying on top of what's new and trendy
  • Clear, crisp, and engaging writing style that simplifies big ideas, balances authority with approachability, and avoids unnecessary jargon
  • Deeply creative ability to produce original, thought-provoking, and on-brand content across multiple channels
  • AI pro, comfortable with tools like Claude (bonus for AirOps, Tofu, Opus Clip, or other cutting-edge tools), beyond basic ChatGPT use
  • Distribution-first mindset: thinks about content spread from day one, with exceptional ability to reverse engineer hype

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sharp content strategy aligned with business goals, creating a roadmap based on customers, community, and audience insights
  • Grow the brand into the destination for modern GTM wisdom through a mix of strategy and hands-on execution
  • Create high-impact, non-boring content like viral short-form videos, interactive tools, webinars, podcasts, free tools, and original research
  • Collaborate with the 4k+ GTM professional community, customers, and internal experts to produce unique, compelling content
  • Translate complex sales tech concepts and product features into easily digestible, exciting content
  • Scale the content machine using agencies, freelancers, and AI tools
  • Build co-marketing partnerships with adjacent companies
  • Take risks, have fun, and stand out with magical, non-boring brand content (no SEO-stuffed blog posts)
