Responsibilities

The Content Manager will drive ROI and satisfaction for physician clients by overseeing the development and publication of search engine-optimized blog content. This role involves managing 200+ accounts, ensuring timely posting within SLAs, and producing quality blog content for healthcare providers according to guidelines. Responsibilities include leveraging client feedback to resolve content requests and ensure satisfaction, managing assignments with writers and editors to meet deadlines, and staying updated on SEO algorithms and Google Best Practices. The Content Manager will also improve content creation guidelines to reflect practice specialties and patient search queries, develop training for internal stakeholders and freelancers, and use internal resources to draft and revise content. Attending weekly team and quarterly department meetings, and performing other assigned responsibilities to drive client satisfaction are also part of the role.
