We’re looking for a talented Consumer PR Manager who’s passionate about their craft and excited by what we’re building at Monzo. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our press and communications team, helping to grow Monzo’s reputation as a leading digital bank – one that’s scaling quickly, with our customers at the centre of everything we do. You’ll support the delivery of our consumer communications strategy, including leading creative campaigns, running a proactive press office, announcing product launches, sharing customer stories, and responding to media opportunities. You’ll be a strong advocate for clear, impactful communication and a champion of our mission and values. You’ll be hands-on, collaborative, and bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to your work. You know how to build meaningful relationships with journalists, identify compelling stories, and help bring our brand to life through smart, effective PR.
