Requirements

  • Statistics, Economics or Marketing master's degree graduate
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data. Confidence and capability for data analyses and interest in dealing with data. Good at providing answers and insights aligned with client’s requests, generating new and creative ideas
  • Client-facing and communication/presentation skills, deliver research results to stakeholders on the client’s side in a clear and consistent manner
  • Detailed knowledge of all CPS Products and related solutions, ability to combine solutions to better fit the business needs
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates
  • Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities, ability to adapt to complex and changing organizations, ability to manage time schedules
  • Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in FMCG and client dynamics
  • Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken
  • English: B1 level or equivalent, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with both the CPS Team, CPS CAS team and the NIQ Sales Teams
  • Support Consultants on elaboration of Analysis and on preparing presentations of insights
  • Ensures CPS insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Clients by being a CPS expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients
  • Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced CPS client needs
  • Collaborates with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients
  • Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment
  • Partners with CS Consultants, Insights associates and Sales teams
