  • Proficiency in tracking project financials, SOW support, internal reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

  • Lead defined workstreams that drive growth and innovation in commercial B2B and acquiring by applying Visa solutions and consulting methodologies, including framing key questions, forming hypotheses, conducting quantitative analyses, and translating insights into actionable recommendations and actual implementation aligned with stakeholders
  • Support development and execution of new commercial business strategies, including opportunity assessment, pilot design, and real-case implementation
  • Design and enable new acquiring solutions and customer journeys, partnering with product, technology, and operations to move from concept to launch
  • Provide hands-on sales execution support when required, including co-visits to B2B supplier merchants with the client’s sales teams and delivering training, playbooks, and enablement sessions to upskill client sales
  • Contribute to Visa solution sell-in by preparing materials, building ROI models, defining business requirements, and running PMO activities from initiation through implementation: collaborate with cross-functional teams in English and Japanese
  • Build strong relationships with client managers and select executives to ensure alignment, secure decisions, and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery quality, timelines, and risks: coordinate diverse SMEs such as data scientists, solution specialists, and client service teams in Japan and overseas
  • Manage junior team members on assigned workstreams: provide coaching, clear scoping, feedback, and quality reviews to uphold deliverable standards
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in commercial and acquiring trends: generate insights and contribute to thought leadership and best-practice toolkits for internal and client use
  • Track project financials and administrative processes, including SOW support, internal reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution
