Requirements

Student in an engineering school, university, or business school
Seeking an end-of-studies internship for a minimum duration of 6 months starting from January
Interested in the business world and financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance)
Expertise and strong interest in innovative solutions
Excellent analytical skills and desire for rapid career progression
Strong ability to quickly grasp complex issues and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven adaptability and communication abilities, and enthusiasm for developing client relationships
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Participate in strategic consulting missions on new technologies and business transformation projects with C-Level clients and top management
Contribute to the design and implementation of new operational and organizational models
Provide support in creating functional architectures tailored to client needs
Conduct in-depth research and analyses to support the definition of IT and business strategies, particularly in digital transformation programs and operational efficiency gains
Participate in developing business expertise through internal work (benchmarks, POVs, etc.) organized by themes
Propose major transformation projects and participate in their implementation, combining individual research and teamwork with clients (workshops, interviews, presentation of recommendations, planning, validation steps)
Conduct interviews and organize meetings with clients to understand user needs
Collaborate with Accenture's international network to propose reliable and proven systems
Respond to clients' strategic challenges, help identify new value levers, transform their organization, and reinvent their business lines to adapt to market changes
