Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience
Experience from leading strategy and management consulting firms
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience leading and driving workstreams and/or projects
Experience working with stakeholders in leading positions and collaborating with diverse teams
Ability to drive business
Willingness to work or attend meetings outside regular hours and take on projects on short notice
Ability to travel to and work in various, sometimes challenging environments that may be difficult to access
Experience and interest in core industries: consumer sector, financial services, energy, commodities, industry, sustainability, and Analytics/AI (e.g., banking, insurance, retail, industrial products, construction, mining, energy market)
Academic degree (e.g., MBA, civil engineering, industrial economics) with strong academic merits or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Ability to think strategically and creatively by combining business strategy and analysis with expressing new ideas and opportunities
Strong storytelling skills with intuitive ability to present complex concepts clearly, concisely, and convincingly
Tireless curiosity and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Ability to leverage established relationships and global network

Responsibilities

Support top management in organizations globally as part of Monitor Deloitte's strategy consulting
Help clients future-proof their operations by enabling, creating, and accelerating strategies for profitable growth
Develop, launch, and scale business operations
Work on market offerings including: Strategic Transformation (define and create long-term sustainable business strategies), Growth Strategy (design customer strategies and go-to-market to attract new and retain current customers), Innovation & Ventures (create new business models for innovative and disruptive growth and accelerate through investments and acquisitions of startups), Business Design & Configuration (enable growth by reshaping existing business models and defining future functions and operational models)
Collaborate with Nordic colleagues advising influential Nordic companies
Work on exciting, complex assignments at global and Nordic levels in a team
