Knowledge of sustainable change management in ecological transitions and ESG contexts

Responsibilities
Accompany clients in successful transformations by defining the best trajectory to the target situation
Align leadership to set direction and ensure employees adopt new organizations and functioning modes durably
Support HR directions in operational implementation of roadmaps and Employee Value Propositions
Implement sustainable change management in ecological transitions and new environmentally sustainable modes of operation (ESG)
Contribute to developing expertise in strategic communication, managerial development, and collective intelligence for differentiated change strategies
Define a clear transformation vision and mobilize teams to increase individual engagement, collective efficiency, and organizational performance
Design and implement transformation strategies linked to the future of work (technology/digital, processes, talent) and evaluate human impacts
Pilot and monitor the anchoring of transformation projects over time
Support project management (coordination and piloting of workstreams, risk follow-up, budget and resources, reporting, portfolio optimization)
Participate actively in the Organisation & Transformation community
Participate in writing commercial proposals and service offers
Contribute to the development and eminence of offers
