Requirements

Candidates should possess advanced experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications and/or equivalent certifications and experience. They must demonstrate refined problem-solving and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to pursue additional, relevant certifications and applicable learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

The Consultant will lead the execution of consulting engagements, including implementations and ongoing strategic engagement, gain the trust of key customer stakeholders by offering strategic and insightful guidance, collaborate closely with sales and product engineering to integrate customer needs into product roadmaps, identify new opportunities through proactive, consultative engagement, gain deep insight into customer business challenges and strategic objectives, take full ownership of end-to-end implementation including product configuration, system migration, and comprehensive testing, work across internal and customer systems to ensure a smooth and successful launch, lead meetings and communications with customers throughout the entire lifecycle, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
