Bachelor's degree, MPH preferred
Native or bilingual in English, both written and verbal
Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical mindset
Knowledge of relational data is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of multiple projects, often global in nature, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Create project and product specific KPIs to monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful completion
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress and managing risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and solutions
Proactively manage project timelines and day-to-day communication with the client and team members
Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction
Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions
Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
Assist with scoping and pricing projects as input for proposals
Ensure successful delivery of projects in data collection, respondent recruitment, and research services
Manage teams sideways and create fit-for-purpose project plans using IQVIA’s healthcare provider network and vertically integrated delivery
