Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
5+ years of experience with 3+ years in either IT consulting/professional services environment or in System Administration/IT Business Partner role for life sciences operations departments
Experience with content and/or data management systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solution designs
Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking

Responsibilities

Lead life sciences customers in the implementation of Veeva’s products in Development and Quality cloud to ensure customer success
Guide customers on how to enhance their platforms with an innovative approach through cloud-based software applications
Define strategies and implementation programs for deploying Veeva’s products across organizations
Project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project budget tracking and forecasting
Primary customer liaison managing communication between the project team, customer, external partners, and internal stakeholders
Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Veeva products
Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutions
Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project tracking and forecasting
Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
