Responsibilities

  • Participer à l’élaboration du cahier des charges et du calendrier de réalisation
  • Préparer et animer les comités de projet, en veillant à la mise en œuvre des actions décidées
  • Identifier les risques et assurer un rôle d’alerte proactif
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs finaux dans la conduite du changement (supports de formation, ateliers, accompagnement terrain)
  • Animer et coordonner l’activité de l’équipe projet, en garantissant des retours réguliers et constructifs
  • Intervenir sur des projets d’implémentation pour nos clients, sur différents ATS tels que SmartRecruiters, SAP ou ICIMS
