Requirements

College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred
Three or more years of related business experience
In-depth knowledge of custody operations, finance and securities in multiple markets
Firm understanding of New Business activities and high sensitivities involved with onboarding new clients
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
Leadership and organizational skills to prioritize assignments
Excellent analytical, consultative, communication, judgement and interpersonal skills
Broader knowledge of other areas required

Responsibilities

Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time
Serves on large and/or complex projects and acts as lead consultant on smaller or less complex projects
Handles and processes transactions like incoming, outgoing, transfer of assets and funds between global and/or domestic portfolios
Focuses on resolution of complex transactions, interpreting policies, guidelines or processes, and communicates results or status to internal/external partners and/or client
Takes full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures
Represents the team on cross-function process or project deliverables
Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries and serves as a liaison to related areas
Oversees complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
Articulates New Business activities and understands high sensitivities involved with onboarding new clients
Facilitates discussions and reaches decisions
Uses WCM/GCM and MTS Video Lan to process incoming/outgoing wires
Processes complex global transition and distribution events with minimal direction for high-profile clients, including New Business events (working with prior custodians to facilitate transfer of assets and cash to NT for new clients) and Full Loss events (transferring assets and funds to new custodians)
Processes BAU activity, including State Deposit transactions and Record Action Only events
