Build/develop project schedules in partnership with project management team
Ensure accurate schedule information and reporting
Support project team in strategic planning/scheduling sessions
Develop construction schedules for moderate, component level projects
Manage detailed project schedules throughout project duration
Analyze contractor schedule submittals for appropriate level of detail and completeness
Analyze contractor time extension requests, schedule impacts of Directives and Change Orders
Build and maintain key relationships with core team members and clients
Influence partners to make decisions involving their area of responsibility
