The Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist will oversee construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions, prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
