Requirements
Ability to oversee scheduling and supervision of trade partner activities

Participation in trade partner recruiting and vetting
Management skills including delegating work, providing performance input, identifying training, and continuous coaching
Responsibilities
Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work
Review and request modifications to construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise
Evaluate project schedules and update and determine appropriate modifications to project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion
Take action to ensure each home is complete on schedule and all contract obligations and safety protocols are satisfied; stop unsatisfactory or noncompliant work
Manage the customer experience throughout the construction process, including regular communications and negotiating solutions
Interact with Community Sales personnel to manage community performance and customer activities
Complete daily inspections to ensure job sites adhere to safety and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan standards; take immediate action if necessary
Negotiate, create, and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor resources
Inspect and determine trade partner workmanship and product quality; authorize payments when standards are met
Collaborate with Product Development, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Purchasing teams on improvements
Evaluate trade partner work for compliance with building codes and company standards
Participate in trade partner recruiting and vetting
Delegate work according to employee abilities, provide performance evaluation input, assist in training identification, and provide continuous coaching
