  • Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs

  • Hands-on framing or construction experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs
  • Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success
