Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service across dining, experiences, and retail.
  • Liaise with all parts of the business to ensure swift and effective resolution processes and member issue handling.
  • Communicate with members, providing demonstrations of the product interface and an overview of the membership.
  • Complete end-to-end member requests.

Requirements

  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Strong existing knowledge of high-value concierge services.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and determined with a desire to advance in customer service and concierge roles.
  • Experience in luxury concierge or hospitality.
  • Adaptability and multitasking skills.
  • A "Yes First" mentality.
  • General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants.
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Flexible working hours – availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside in the UK to be eligible for this role.
