  • Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management
  • Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues
  • Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
