Knowledge of Oracle ERP system
Knowledge of Mexican Rules and Regulations for IMMEX/CIVA
Knowledge of requirements and certifications of C-TPAT, OEA

Responsibilities

Control and management of system Annex 24 and Annex 30
Support and coordinate program requirements of C-TPAT, OEA
Ensure Compliance IMMEX / PROSEC / VAT Certificate / Rule 8TH
Prepare and request necessary permits for operation and compliance
Control of documentation related to IMMEX operations
Import-Export Record-Keeping Compliance
Support in the administration of Fixed Assets
Assist in Scrap process and Change of Regime
Validate HTS classifications
Provide guidance and training to team members
Prepare monthly reports, risk analysis, and correction plans
Establish measurable objectives and KPI’s
