Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, including exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management. A minimum of 2 years of domain experience in Hardware Operations is required, along with proficiency in spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, and knowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations are essential.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Coordinator will ensure the regulatory integrity of all international shipments by conducting pre-shipment trade and regulatory research, collaborating with third-party vendors, and auditing shipping documents for compliance with FCPA and Anti-Bribery regulations. This role involves communicating with brokers and external parties, liaising with Legal and Tax teams for import/export processes, and providing clearance instructions to customs brokers. Additionally, the coordinator will troubleshoot problem shipments, ensure commercial documents are compliant, review and approve Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Airway Bills within 24 business hours, and enter order forms into internal systems. They will also support Tax and Customs audits, ensure shipments meet client export/import regulations, complete due diligence on external parties, monitor Personally Identifiable Information and Denied Party Screenings, maintain brokerage performance reports, and coordinate the resolution of international customs-hold shipments.
