Responsibilities

  • Manage hospitality files for healthcare professionals with competent Ordinal Instances: verify compliance with French regulations, internal Compliance policy, and MedTech code; validate and submit files; follow up on opinions and responses to additional information requests
  • Manage partnership contracts with healthcare actors (educational grants, charitable donations, consultant contracts, etc.): verify compliance with French regulations, internal Compliance policy, and MedTech code; participate in contract preparation; follow monthly provisions and payments
  • Validate payment requests related to organizations and healthcare professionals
  • Train and support colleagues on requirements for interactions with healthcare professionals regarding French regulations (anti-gift law, Bertrand law), internal Compliance policy, and MedTech code
