Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis, HR, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Experience in Excel, Sheets, and/or Numbers strongly preferred
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Mac Apps, and Asana (or similar tools)
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Previous administrative or HR support experience, preferably in a corporate office

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and produce a variety of resources including compensation deliverables for bonus payments, end of year statements, and merit deliverables
  • Ensure all resources are accessible to HRGs & managers, within Workday, and organized in an accessible manner within private folders
  • Ensure compensation plans are documented properly with annual agreements to ensure followthrough on bonus/commission payments and clarity on compensation plans for team members
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures
  • Develop and update compensation policies and guidelines in alignment with company objectives and federal, state, and city level legislation
  • Review and build deliverables for compensation changes
  • Coordinate and ensure the merit review process is completed in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist as needed with benefit analysis and administration
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to coordinate commission and bonus payments for the close of the fall and spring semesters
  • Support HR Generalists to ensure compensation changes are consistent and fair organizationally, and are properly implemented and documented
