Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the development of compensation processes and policies that are competitive, sustainable, aligned with organizational goals, and encompassing local specificities
  • Support team members on annual bonus, commissions, merit/salary adjustment processes, market surveys, job evaluations/descriptions, and job hierarchies within the Americas scope
  • Prepare reports for management as needed
  • Provide support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs, collaborating with stakeholders to address organizational needs
  • Support the annual merit increase process, including coordinating budget accruals, approvals, development and deployment of merit guidelines, with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining, in coordination with HRBP teams and BSC
  • Support annual incentive payouts across all entities, coordinating with HRBP teams and BSC
  • Support and advise on FLSA analysis and compliance
  • Support survey participation
