Strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and G-Slides proficiency, and experience with SFDC are required. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Responsibilities

The Compensation Analyst will administer monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, and analysis for the Revenue team, while tracking and managing incentive spiffs, adjustments, and exceptions. This role involves partnering with Finance for timely commission payout submissions, resolving compensation-related inquiries, and assisting with compensation plan creation and distribution. Additionally, the analyst will prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting and support the build and implementation of compensation plans within the sales commission tool.
