Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth program management, product marketing, communications or marketing management, preferably within a digital or social media environment or large platform. They should have led cross-functional teams to successful outcomes, with result articulation expected, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and marketing campaigns, supported by a portfolio of examples. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with experience with data analysis and reporting. A passion and understanding of Reddit and its communities is essential, and familiarity with the AMA format and Reddit culture is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The AMA Program Lead will drive the success of the AMA program through effective communication and marketing strategies, developing and executing communication plans to promote upcoming and past AMAs, and creating marketing campaigns across Reddit and potentially external channels. They will lead the creative execution strategy to develop engaging promotional content, identify and cultivate relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for high-profile AMAs, monitor and analyze the performance of communication and marketing efforts, work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of AMAs, and create onboarding materials and best practices guides for AMA guests.
