Community Management Role

Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional talent to join our evolving Community Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Blue Sky. Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction, tackling complex issues, and ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of all our efforts. We are a team that embraces new challenges and strives for quality in all aspects of our work.

About You

• Have you been with Octopus for 9 months or more?
• Do you pride yourself on being a high performer with 5-star customer service?
• Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
• Are your detective skills sharp and effective?
• Do you have experience with Smets or Smart Products (or both)?

Employment Type

• Full-time

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location Type: Remote
• Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 10 pm (including bank holidays)
• Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Schedule: 6-week rolling rota with a mix of shifts: 8 am - 4 pm, 11 am - 7 pm, and 2 pm - 10 pm.
