The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, with prior experience in Community Management on large, active social media brands, preferably within the FMCG sector. They must have a strong understanding of various social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest, along with proficiency in their respective publishing and editing tools. Experience in managing paid media campaigns is also required, as well as familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and social listening/monitoring tools such as Talkwalker.
As a Community Manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing and animating the social media communities of renowned brands, collaborating with brand managers and the Creative Studio Manager. This includes proposing and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, creating and adapting editorial calendars, ensuring publication and moderation, engaging with consumers, conducting ongoing trend monitoring, proposing content ideas, tracking mentions, analyzing performance, and presenting regular reports to the client. The role also involves working in close collaboration with a social media manager, designer, and brand representatives.
