Requirements

  • Report to the building each day
  • Work with a variety of members from different backgrounds and industries, or focus on Enterprise clients (depending on location)
  • Handle different holidays, technical systems, operational and relationship requirements, and property management responsibilities for Enterprise locations

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled, quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and check in regularly with all members
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using collected information to personalize experiences
  • Follow up in person with members who submit bad ratings for conference rooms, tickets, or negative Medallia responses
  • Follow the issue resolution model using the severity scale to ensure solutions meet member needs
  • Review all Medallia responses to identify improvements and implement proactive changes
  • Support front desk coverage schedule as needed during business hours
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings with new accounts for successful move-ins
  • Complete New Member Orientation for all new accounts
  • Curate new member onboarding materials (e.g., welcome notes, FAQ guides) for move-in day
  • Conduct move-out interviews to understand departing members' experiences
  • Provide feedback on event programming types based on member makeup and evaluate events by attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Set up and host weekly social events to build community and execute Value-Driving events
  • Distribute event promotion info, including creating and posting weekly and individual event posters
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements (e.g., elevators, HVAC) are met for events
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to address issues
