Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Comcast products (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) and competitive landscape (features, benefits, differences, pricing, campaigns)
  • Sales process experience to maximize sales
  • Ability to work with moderate guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Facebook, Twitter, mobile apps, other software, and social media for marketing
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
  • Exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters

Responsibilities

  • Increase active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling properties/communities by selling and promoting Comcast products
  • Develop strong relationships with property management to support sales and retention of Comcast products/services
  • Provide ongoing sales support to assigned MDU properties
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of products and sell/promote on-site within multi-dwelling units
  • Meet and exceed sales goals (net add improvement, penetration) established by local market
  • Drive customer acquisition, awareness, retention, and interest in XFINITY products/bundles/offers at property level using programs (community rewards, events, marketing collateral, channel resources, online/digital tools)
  • Proactively follow up with customers and property staff on sales, product, technical, or customer care issues; lead fast resolution as single point of contact
  • Develop strong working relationships with property management and leasing staff; leverage support through onsite programs and events
  • Call on and visit all new build MDU properties regularly prior to and following occupancy; manage and attend on-site events for subscriber growth; ensure services available before occupancy for new build and win-back properties
  • Effectively utilize software and social media to drive online marketing efforts
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own customer experience; be enthusiastic about technology/products/services; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System
