Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of relevant communications experience in Consumer PR, digital, media, entertainment, and music industry PR, or in the tech industry, along with fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus. They should also demonstrate capability in developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns, and be a motivated self-starter with a hands-on attitude, proficient in narrative, storytelling, communications channels, and writing for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

The Communications Lead, Brazil will lead all communications, internal and external, for Spotify in Brazil, including managing corporate, consumer & brand, content, advertising, and internal communications across the market. This role involves setting local strategy and implementing communications campaigns across all channels, coordinating and leading all aspects of short-term reactive communications for the market, communicating Spotify’s value to the creator audience and our work to connect artists, creators, and fans, and managing PR agency support in Brazil. Furthermore, the role entails developing strong connections with traditional and new media, along with influencers, for effective communication, leading internal communications activities in Brazil, partnering collaboration with senior-level collaborators, and developing reactive statements and key messages.
