Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related majors
Current junior (or equivalent) preferred
One year of relevant work experience or internships
Fluent in English, knowledge of second language is a plus
Demonstrate leadership ability and ability to influence others
Self-starter who is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in customer service and able to proactively identify and resolve issues
Comfortable taking appropriate risks
Excellent written and verbal skills and detail-oriented in the areas that require analysis

Communicate effectively with The Andersons internal and external customers
Obtain marketing knowledge and insight of local, national, and global cash grain and grain product marketing, trading, and flows
Assist in evaluating changing crop and market conditions
Support merchants manage customer relationships, contracts, logistics, data analytics, and other activities
Develop merchandising skills to provide a base knowledge for future merchandising opportunities
