Demonstrated ability to originate, underwrite, and structure relevant commercial real estate debt and equity

Responsibilities

Originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions
Partner with IPA and Marcus & Millichap investment sales agents to pitch business and secure financing opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial banks, CMBS lenders, insurance companies, private equity, and credit unions
Prescreen and qualify transactions prior to the underwriting and marketing process
Review offering memoranda and prepare underwriting presentations
Effectively represent customers and business partners
Expand relationships with key market leaders, associations, and professional organizations to generate referrals
Travel as appropriate
