Responsibilities

  • Support the sales enablement manager in creating and managing plans that deliver both strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Create, maintain and develop various spreadsheets, trackers and data
  • Manage the Sales Activation end to end process including but not limited to; request intake, sales activation plan updates and tracking, preparation of meeting materials, prep and collation of weekly frontline and sales leader huddles
  • Provide updates, data and insight to a variety of stakeholders at various levels within the organisation
  • Liaise with stakeholders and project team members to keep plans on track and ensure deadlines are met. Managing in line with agreed programme plan governance and cadence
  • Alert Commercial Ops Programmes manager to any risks or issues on key deliverables
  • Ensure version control and up to date file management for all programme materials
  • Use a variety of tools and systems to manage documentation, updates and communication to different audiences, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Team, SharePoint
  • Other admin and support tasks as directed by Line manager
  • Admin support and follow up of programme and admin tasks
  • Keeping programmes on track, ensuring deadlines are met, updating and maintaining programme plans and trackers
  • Day-to-day management of our sales activation process
