The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage a small-to-mid size book of business, servicing both new and renewal clients throughout the entire process, and will work closely with a Sales Producer to meet client needs and achieve sales goals. They will handle all client service tasks, including policy changes, renewals, certificates, and communication with carriers, while also offering a high level of autonomy and building strong client relationships within a team-oriented sales approach.
