Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day servicing of construction accounts, including issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, and updating client records
- Support the team in managing coverage such as general liability, workers’ compensation, builder’s risk, and commercial auto
- Help review contracts and insurance requirements under supervision to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Respond to client inquiries and carrier communications with professionalism and accuracy
- Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of insurance products, agency systems, and construction industry exposures
- Collaborate with senior account managers and producers to deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships
