Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in a business company
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, business planning, or corporate planning in the device industry
  • Professional firm-level documentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Technical skills to design, develop, and manage sales management indicators using Power BI
  • Successful experience in implementing data infrastructure such as PowerBI and SFDC
  • Experience in developing data infrastructure and projects across multiple countries
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, understand company's IT infrastructure and technical needs, identify issues agilely, and self-drive from report development to action implementation
  • Determination to build industry-leading data infrastructure from scratch with limited resources
  • Strong commitment to building a data-driven organization
  • Preferred Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing or sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Understanding of healthcare industry business and financial acumen
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm
  • English: TOEIC 850+
  • Practical experience as a SE (Systems Engineer)

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, implementation, and management of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) to achieve best-in-class Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
  • Collaborate with APAC Commercial Excellence and conduct training for sales department to successfully introduce and embed PowerBI and SFDC
  • Plan, design, improve, and maintain various data infrastructure for improving sales performance and efficiency
  • Analyze sales performance and market share, identify KPIs, and support action plans for sales organization leaders' issue resolution
  • Manage and report sales performance
  • Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, and design and manage sales management indicators
  • Lead optimal SFDC platform development through collaboration with sales department heads and APAC, plan training programs and incentive plans to promote effective SFDC utilization
  • Handle operations related to data infrastructure introduction (basic data organization, maintenance, issue identification and resolution) and provide operational support for sales/marketing (input/operation/utilization support, analysis support for extracted data)
  • Analyze sales performance, extract issues, and support business planning
  • Design and develop sales performance analysis dashboards
  • Collect and analyze market information (e.g., AQmen data), visualize market trends using BI/CRM
  • Set and monitor KPIs to identify issues by product/region and develop effective improvement measures
  • Analyze top performers' activities to identify issues and success factors, create competency models to strengthen sales capabilities
  • Prepare and analyze data necessary for annual business planning
  • Create sales plan allocation logic and calculations aligned with business unit strategy and market trends
  • Design incentive plans in collaboration with related departments, compliant with business unit strategy and APAC guidelines; manage sales performance and incentive aggregation/reporting
  • Prepare analysis and materials for monthly sales meetings, budget meetings, business reviews, regular meetings, and management reports
