Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Strong understanding of laboratory/government procurement and tender processes
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Ability to travel >30% within South Korea
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Identify and develop relationships with KOLs and strategic accounts
  • Manage partnerships with local channel partners through joint business planning
  • Conduct market mapping, segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs and strategic campaigns
  • Support execution of customer-facing events (seminars, pilots, workshops)
  • Track outcomes and contribute to cross-functional project delivery
