Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support project capital raising activities, including relationship management, investor due diligence and outreach efforts
  • Oversee and refine project financial models, including plant cost models, working closely with engineering and finance teams
  • Support and eventually lead dedicated project-level capital raises (development facilities, grants, and project finance)
  • Execute special commercial initiatives from structuring to close
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial, technical, and strategic objectives
