Requirements

Responsibilities

The College Success Coach will partner with students, their families, and high school advisors to guide scholars through the college application, selection, and enrollment process, providing resources and support throughout their senior year and first year of post-secondary education. They will also coach students in building and applying to their personalized college strategy, assist with essay writing and application support, facilitate FAFSA completion, maintain regular communication with scholars, and host monthly meetings at high schools and college campuses to track and record scholar progress towards enrollment and persistence benchmarks.
